Preferred Visual Solutions is a woman-owned, locally operated cleaning company serving Denver, Colorado Springs and the Front Range since 2018. We started with a mop, a checklist and one rule: the client should never have to check our work. That rule became the 20 Point Standard, and the standard became a company.

From the owner

I built Preferred Visual Solutions the way I wanted a cleaning company to treat me: tell me the price before you start, show up when you said, and show me the work when you leave. That is still the whole business. Every cleaner on our team works from the same checklist I wrote on my first jobs, every clean is photographed, and every client has one number to call: mine.
