Standard cleans from $145. Recurring discounts: weekly 20%, bi-weekly 15%, monthly 10%. First recurring visit is a deep clean. Move-in and move-out include inside cabinets, closets and appliances.

What to expect from every clean

This is how a PVS job runs, whether it is a one-time deep clean or a weekly office route.

Before

  • You request a quote and get a firm price within one business day. No hourly surprises.
  • You pay upfront by card, and your visit is scheduled and confirmed.
  • Access instructions (lockbox, code, or you at home) are set before the day.

On the day

  • Your cleaner arrives on time and checks in through our scheduling app.
  • Before photos are taken in every room, then the clean runs to our written standard for your job type.
  • Anything outside the booked scope is flagged to the owner, not quietly skipped or quietly added.

After

  • After photos of every room, a final walkthrough, lights off, doors locked.
  • Jobs that run past our 7-hour cap finish on a scheduled return visit.
  • Missed something? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it.
Our standard. Every PVS cleaner works from the same written 20 Point Standard, room by room, and checks it off in our app as they go. Deep cleans, move-outs and turnovers add to it. It is why you never have to check our work.
