What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (a cleaning quote, a product inquiry, a government solicitation, a job application, or the email signup) we collect what you type: name, email, phone, address or service area, company, and the details of your request. Job applications may include a resume. When you book a cleaning, our scheduling and payment providers collect the information needed to schedule the visit and process your card.

How we use it

• To answer your request, send a quote, schedule and perform the service, and follow up on it.
• To send product availability and service updates if you joined the email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To review job applications.
• To keep records of work performed, including before and after photos of the areas we cleaned, which we keep for quality control and to resolve any claim. Photos are never posted publicly and are never shared outside PVS and the cleaner assigned to your job.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our website host (Netlify) which receives form submissions, our scheduling app which shows your address and access instructions to the cleaner assigned to your job, our payment processor (Stripe) which handles your card and never gives us the full number, and our email provider for the update list. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose information if the law requires it.

Cleaners and access information

Lockbox codes, alarm codes and key instructions you give us are shared only with the cleaner assigned to that visit, only for that visit, inside the scheduling app. Cleaners are prohibited from saving, sharing or reusing them.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, to unsubscribe from updates, or to ask that job photos be deleted after your claim window has closed. We will respond within ten business days.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site running and secure.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
